Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfies with you your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Eligibility for Exchange

You can request an exchange if:

  • The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You submit your request within 5 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. For fashion products, products may be tried on to see if the item fits. This will still be considered as unworn.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

We do not accept exchange requests for:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Requests made after the 5-day window.

  • Change of mind or interest is not accepted as a reason for return.

How to Request an Exchange

To start the exchange process, please fill out our Return Request Form on the website available in your account page:

After you submit the form:

  • Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

  • If your request is approved, we’ll contact you with return and exchange instructions.

Exchange Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll dispatch a replacement item of the same product or a similar item (based on availability).

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Return Shipping

  • If the exchange is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
